They were amazing!! Fast to arrange an assessment and identified multiple ideas to help make my work space and room more appropriate for my medical condition. An appointment was made not long after to deliver and assemble the equipment. I was then shown how to use each thing. They were all lovely people and i would 100% recommend.

I cannot recommend highly enough. Received my chair several years ago but after several office moves and then taking it home, it had suffered from some wear and tear and needed some maintenance. Contacted Jan who couldn't not have been more helpful. After months of me moaning, Jan was able to talk me through carrying out some quick tasks which saw my chair be as good as new! Great customer service and aftercare. Thank you Jan for being a star and for having patience with us!

Absolutely top drawer service! I had a fiddly problem with my office chair provided by HWS back in December 2020. They returned my call very promptly. Jan talked me through the chair's functions and although this didn't prove successful I was subsequently able to solve the problem easily by following a very helpful video which Jan already had sent to me. So, I was sitting back down on my office chair very comfortably within short space of time of having raised the problem.

When I attended a DSE Assessor course led by Jeremy from Healthy Workstations, I learnt a lot about items of equipment I didn't previously know about. I had had some DSE training previously by another provider. I now realise this wasn't suitable and sufficient. I thought the training was excellent!
